PHDMC Addiction Services
PHDMC was in need of a video to educate hospital personnel and other agencies on peer support and introduce them to the services of Public Health’s Recovery Outreach Team. We highlighted what services the team can provide in the plan of care for an individual who has touched the hospital and who has overdosed and/or is struggling with a substance use disorder.
